Ingredients

Burdock (Articum lappa), Nettle (Urtica dioica), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinalis), Cleavers (Galium aparine), Ginger (Zingiber officinalis)

Directions

Add 1-2 tsp of leaves into an infusion ball and pour 200 ml of hot water into a cup. Infuse for 10 minutes while keeping the mug covered. Enjoy with honey, steamed milk or on its own.
